Welcome to the Rescue Bank / C.A.R.E. Affiliate Distribution Center
CARE has 3 goals:
1. To rescue abused and abandoned animals, dogs, cats and domestic such as horses, cows, chickens. We get them healthy and socialized so they may be adopted into a Forever Home.
2. We host a Spay/neuter program WECARE, to assist those in our community on government assistance or limited funds that want to stop unwanted litters.
3. We speak at different groups to educate and emphasize pet responsibility for the life of the pet. We are invited to all age groups.
The Mission of CARE is to provide shelter and nurturing care for animals that through no fault of their own have been abandoned, neglected, or abused. It is the commitment of CARE to promote a better understanding of responsible pet ownership, to find responsible, permanent, forever homes for all adoptable animals and to provide haven to those less fortunate animals with as much love and compassion as humanly possible. We work with all Animal Controls in our area to prevent needless killing of any animal that should be given a second chance. We assist families that want their pets medically fixed to prevent unwanted litters that will not find a forever home.
About Rescue Bank Pet Food Distribution Program
Rescue Bank SM is a non-profit organization committed to supporting the animal rescue and rehabilitation community with much-needed supplies and services.
Each year, millions of pounds of nutritious pet food is removed from circulation because it is nearing expiration, has been re-branded, or may have been packaged incorrectly. To prevent wasting this food, Rescue Bank SM arranges for collection and redistribution in truckload quantities to animal rescue and owner retention groups all across the country. Rescue Bank SM provides a reliable means for using excess product – benefiting both the manufacturers and non-profit groups.
The Rescue Bank SM Pet Food Distribution Program supports the pet rescue community with a network of regional affiliates distribution partner centers. These centers receive truckload donations scheduled by Rescue Bank SM and distribute pallet quantities to qualified recipients.
